Producer Story:
Located nearby Loja city, at the south of Ecuador, mainly producing coffee along with other variety of plants. Pablo use a agrosilvopastoral system to combine it´s flora and fauna. They use virgin fresh water that flows from the nearby mountains. Production is organic and artisan. All the waste that it´s left from the processes is reincorporated in the land to complete the cicle of sustainability.
